GLISA is the Graduate Library & Information Studies Association and the ALA Student Chapter at Texas Woman's University.
Our mission is promote the social, cultural, intellectual, and professional growth of its members in support of the TWU School of Library and Information Studies through various programming, information sharing, scholarships, and more!
GLISA Members are ALA members* who are currently enrolled as graduate students at TWU's School of Library & Information Studies (SLIS).
* For a $38 annual membership special for both your state library association and the ALA visit the ALA Joint Student Membership Program webpage.
To join GLISA, please complete the GLISA Membership Application form HERE! There is currently no membership fee to join.
